More about the role
Research, analyse, develop and produce content for a variety of internal and external stakeholders (reports newsletters, bulletins, industry topic guides, etc)
Identify and deliver opportunities to increase engagement with the BSRIA Information Centre
Identify efficiencies and ways to continually improve the service supplied by the BSRIA Information Centre to our customers
Working with the Membership Services Manager, contributing, co-ordinate and implementing Information Centre projects to achieve business objectives
Manage the efficient and effective day-to-day operational running of the Information Centre services
Draft content for the BSRIA website
Prepare, co-ordinate and participate in key stakeholder meetings, relevant to the job role enabling the servicing of membership and information service offerings
Manage complex member enquiries as necessary
Tracking legislation and updating legislation database
Abstracting materials from industry journals and related publications
Cataloguing, classifying and collating library entries
Develop, implement, and maintain effective working processes and methodologies, where feasible, applicable and required
Ensure compliance with the copyright regulations
Any other information-related tasks as required by business need
