BASIC SALARY: UP TO GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 (negotiable depending on experience or potential)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager, Laboratory Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager - Scientific, Consumables, Instruments, Life Science, Equipment, Biochemistry
Home-based in the UK, we are looking for someone to drive and win strategic new business sales and account development, for end users, across our range of scientific equipment and consumables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Manager, Laboratory Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager - Scientific, Consumables, Instruments, Life Science, Equipment, Biochemistry
The UK & Ireland Laboratory Sales Manager role will include the following tasks:
Build 100% new business sales and drive key account development (once accounts have been won), via a combination of telephone, digital and face-to-face methods.
Accountable for customers and products throughout the entire sales lifecycle process.
Utilise existing leads whilst strategically creating your own.
Create a strategic medium and long-term sales pipeline.
Deliver client presentations, demonstrations, and product training.
Prepare quotes, write tenders & close deals.
Grow business pipeline across multiple stakeholders.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager, Laboratory Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager - Scientific, Consumables, Instruments, Life Science, Equipment, Biochemistry
Ideally, to be successful in your application to this Sales Manager role:
BSc or MSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or similar technical Life Science subject.
Track record in UK solutions sales of scientific equipment or consumables.
Alternatively, you may be an internal sales professional, customer support, applications specialist or site engineer seeking to progress to a territory sales role.
Happy to conduct UK travel up to 80% of your working time without restriction.
Able to work remotely from home office.
Flexible to effectively manage a large geographic territory covering the UK & Ireland.
A strategic planner and detailed executor.
