This LSA role for a creative graduate, in a specialist autistic school for boys and girls aged 03-16 that have switched from their mainstream education. There are no quick fixes here, if you have a utopian idea of being able to 'save' every student, you will not succeed. You may help plant ideas that you will not see the full, positive effects or end results from, know that they are there and will happen.

Understanding the dichotomies, diversity and cultural effects on mental health in an area like Dorking, is vital to being able to have the stoic and durability nature to thrive in this role. Maintaining behaviour of the students, where possible and raising academic achievement, can be difficult.
