Our client, an experienced, professional, personal, and friendly consultancy helping companies thrive in the Biotechnology sector is looking to add a Scientific Analyst & Content Writer to their team in Oxfordshire.
The key responsibilities will include:
Managing ongoing client projects.
Accountable for both producing and managing the production of all technical content writing for clients, external consultants and internal projects.
Providing the business with scientific technical insight for all areas of the business. With a particular focus on life sciences, including antibodies, proteins, enzymes, technologies and all assays utilising these and associated reagents.
Performing in depth investigation of companies for ongoing projects.
Accountable for producing detailed competitor reviews for clients.
Producing company reports including an annual report in conjunction with selected external partners.
Writing scientific copy including client website landing pages, technical blogs and site pages for websites and newsletters, marketing copy for brochures/flyers, application notes, proof-reading and editing, plus social media content.
Technical analysis of client product catalogues and compiling data on clients.
Assessing all competitors to ensure the company strategy is ahead of the game.
Strategically advising and developing new content ideas for both clients and the company.
The ideal candidate will hold a Masters or equivalent in a Biological Sciences or related discipline with content or technical writing experience. You will have also worked in industry for a manufacturer or a supplier of life sciences
