We are offering a 6 month contract starting on the 30th August with an excellent pay rate of GBP12.50 per hour!

About the role:

To work as part of Pump Service Centre to deliver a high-quality service to our operational teams. Take ownership of the end-to-end purchase order process to ensure orders are raise on time and our suppliers receive payment. Liaise with suppliers to ensure relationships are maintained and lead on order book production and management. Assist with the capitalisation process and produce daily and weekly reports to drive SLA compliance.

About you:

Raising and processing of purchase orders
Generate weekly reports for supplier order book management
Complete daily job reporting
Liaise with site staff on a daily basis.
Attend weekly supplier meetings
Updating work orders on SAP
Supporting PSC team members with capitalisation requests
Experience in processing and raising purchase orders
Good planning and organisational skills
Experience in accurate data entry
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in a team environment
Additional information:

Location: Mansfield
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 - 37 Hours per week
Duration: 6 months
Rate: GBP12.50 per hour
Start date: 30th August
