Top Chef are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to work within a busy branded restaurant in Brighton, this is a permanent position working 45+ hours per week, including weekends.
Job responsibilities will include full kitchen management, training, developing and nurturing the kitchen brigade to their full potential.
The ideal candidate should have premium branded experience and at least 3 years working as a Head Chef with a large volume of covers.
