Assistant Site Manager
Linear Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing contractor on the recruitment of a Assistant Site Manager for Refurbishments in the North East of England.
Workload involves assisting with managing streams of work including both external and internal refurbishments to tenanted domestic properties.
Applicants should be able to show a proven track record working on similar, domestic refurbishment projects.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Assist with the preparation of the Health and Safety file
Read and understand Specification, Drawings, Preliminaries, Preambles and Contract Documentation
Ensure own compliance of all Company policies and procedures
Understand and implement the Company Quality Assurance system
Assist the site team to draft construction and short term programmes using IT based software in conjunction with the Planning Department
