We are privileged to be working with this exciting and highly creative agency based in the Midlands area. They are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Account Manager to join their existing account management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of large scale, multi-disciplined projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure that accounts are delivered effectively on time and on budget, ensuring the client relationship is well managed, to ensure excellence in every aspect of delivery. This role combines creativity and strategic thinking and has the commercial ability to grow clients organically.
As a business organic growth is always preferred, they also offer on going training and access to further development. Additionally, the business offers a range of benefits and perks that go above and beyond the norm.
Skills
Able to work collaboratively with a willingness to learn
Can work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Able to take direction and build on feedback
Can easily build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Ability to coach and develop individual team members, providing mentoring and support to more junior members of the team
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ideally Degree qualified or additional/ similar training.
Able to use Microsoft Office programmes
