About the role
Your role will be working in the Education Recruitment sector as a consultant. The role of a consultant is to develop your own pool of candidates (Teachers & Teaching Assistants), build strong relationships with them, gain a solid understanding of 'what makes them great'. Once you have done that, you will aim to secure them a new role with a school. You will do this by phone calls, creating marketing campaigns and arranging school meetings.
We are not your typical recruitment agency. While we are all ambitious and seek the financial incentives that this career can offer, we pride ourselves on winning in the right way.

Having gone from a bedroom start-up in 2018 to now a team of 9 in the city centre with a breathtaking office, we aim to add three more people to our team before opening a second location within the next 6 months.
