Our client, based in the Loughton area, are looking for kit pickers to support their business as a world leaders in simplifying mail .
The Role:
The kit picker is required to pick and select over a wide range of stainless-steel products and component/ parts that are required on a daily basis by assembler and fitters to put together and assemble fixtures for the overall end manufacturing result.
Responsibilities:
• Cycle counting
• Data entry
• following a pick list, and picking our correct components and parts for them to be handed to the assemblers
• PC literate
• Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace and reporting any faults/hazards, in accordance with Company Health and Safety requirements.
• Work as part of a team.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
Skills:
• 2 years of relatable experience preferred but not essential.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience of using handhold stores tools; EG- Scanners
• Experience of working with engineering drawings preferred but not essential.
• Must have good work ethic and be punctual.
Offer:
• Hourly rate up to GBP10.50
• Training will be provided
• 39.00 hours per week must work those hours between 08:00 - 18:00
