Part Time Mechanic
Salary: PAYE - GBP12.34 p/h
Hours: Flexibility on hours to suit the right candidate
Igloo has a fantastic opportunity for a part time Vehicle Mechanic to work in a small village close to Lutterworth in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will be working for a private, family run garage with traditional values that was established in 1948.
This role would suit a time served mechanic that is looking to reduce their hours, maybe looking at semi-retirement or even someone that is looking for less hours to spend more time with the family. Whatever the reason we are sure we can accommodate working hours for the right candidate.
The role:
As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Servicing.
Brake replacements.
Changing tyres.
Replacing belts.
General mechanical repairs.
Completing MOT tests if you hold a valid licence but this isn t essential for this role.
Essential qualities and requirements:
Must hold a full category B Driving Licence.
Must be able to demonstrate their knowledge and experience as a mechanic.
Previous experience working in a similar role.
High attention to detail and quality of work
