New Business Software Sales / ERP Sales Executive - base salary to GBP60k, OTE GBP120k (uncapped) + fully financed car, annual bonus, laptop, tablet, and mobile, and after your first year you'll get private healthcare cover. A fully remote, home-based role anywhere in the UK, with an exceedingly successful provider of ERP, field service and MRP software solutions.

The ERP solution this company sell is strong on manufacturing and distribution. Many of their clients are involved with manufacturing made to order, engineered to order, make to stock, and process manufacturing (foods, pharmaceutical etc). Deal sizes average GBP120k, and most years, you will do a GBP500k - GBP1 million deal. The company currently has nearly 100 staff, with 45 in software development and a marketing team of 4 to back you up.

You will sell into businesses of all sizes, and work with your clients to build relationships. The company has a long-term strategy here for retaining customers and retaining their staff. Most of their salespeople have been with them for over 8 years, the implementation consultants have pretty much all been there over 10 years. In fact, this position is available because the current ERP BDM, is hanging up his boots after 26 years.

Must haves:

Strong experience of new business sales of ERP software solutions
You've sold ERP into manufacturing companies
In depth understanding of the customers' business needs and how ERP software fits
Proven delivery of consistent figures for new business software sales
Goal oriented and a consummate relationship builder
You are a consultative hunter; you build credibility, and retain loyalty
A background that demonstrates longevity in your sales roles and logical career growth
A warm, engaging, professional approach with a focused mind and lots of enthusiasm The ERP solution you will be selling competes with mainstream products such as Epicor, D365 Business Central / NAV, Syspro, SAP Business One, Infor, QAD, Winman, Dynamics F&O, IFS etc. but customers will buy this product because they know that the company wants them for the long term, and they know they will do everything to ensure the product is set up to deliver exactly what they want and need, and will provide real value for money.
