Junior Software Engineer, C#, C++, X-rays
This role is suitable for someone with 1 year+ industry experience or perhaps even a very strong graduate with personal project experience.
Working on the bleeding edge of technology, this company are using research from universities to ensure their products stay ahead. This is an extremely varied role on the ground floor of technology for this business.
As part of a small but growing team, you will be working on developing software and implementing concepts from research that no other company in the country will be working on. The successful candidate would be working to develop the software that interfaces with highly complex x-ray instrumentation.
The upper levels of the software are written in C# and a lot of the lower level and algorithmic work is written in C++. Candidates with experience in either language will be considered for this role. Due to a number of major new projects coming up, there will be design work to complete, therefore any experience in this area, particularly using UML, would be highly advantageous.
Ideally you ll have some industry experience developing in C++ or C#. Most importantly, they are looking for someone with an ambitious, curious mind to drive software projects forward.
