Technical Conveyancer - New Build
Any qualified (Solicitor, CILEx or CLC) Residential Conveyancers who have 4 years experience and are able to bring their A-Game are encouraged to apply to this interesting role that doesn t involve handling your own case-load!
Please bring your conveyancing expertise to my client! This will be an exciting & challenging role for someone who would like to assist colleagues with the technical aspects required within New Build properties

You will be able responsible for reviewing property titles and feel confident Drafting reports on Title to clients to summarise the property title, explain rights, reservations, incumbrances, partly using precedent reports.
You will also ensure that you fully understand and adhere to all the relevant company policies and procedures as set out on the firms Training Portal and the Company Intranet in addition to undertaking all training and reading allocated to you on the Training Portal in the timescales set by the Training Team
