The Client
Our client is a fast-growing creative agency specialising in Film, Photography, TV and Advertising based in the centre of Cheltenham. They work with a diverse range of clients who are at the heart of everything they do, and their growth has been thanks to their creatively driven and client-focused approach.
The Role
Our Creative Producer is a combination of producer, director, account manager and business development. You will get to know the client on a personal level and ensure the work you create aligns with their objectives and working to budget while being a consistent point of contact throughout the process. Projects can range from social media posts or single camera shots to ongoing full-scale commercial projects with an entire creative production team.
You will be involved in generating creative ideas whilst being sensitive to the aim of the project and using a number of software platforms to manage a team of multi-skilled creatives. Not only will you manage your own projects but there will also be opportunities to contribute and brainstorm on other clients and projects.
The hours are 8:30-17:30 and will be based in the Cheltenham office however you may need to be on location and work hours that aren't typical.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, driven and creative professional with experience in the industry. Project management is essential so you must have what it takes to get projects completed on time to a high standard and overcome technical and creative issues along the way. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to build long term relationships with clients and understand their needs and brief to deliver excellent creative content.
