This specialist manufacturing company provides truly innovate products and are experiencing huge growth, not only in the UK but also across the World. They are looking to add an experienced Sales manager to their team. They offer great benefits including a salary of GBP35,000 and a very realistic OTE of GBP55,000 with uncapped commission, a car, laptop and mobile and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
What will you be doing as a Sales Manager:
Based from home with a day a week in the office, you will be dealing with a range of customers cross the UK. Carrying out initial customer meetings via Zoom, progressing to field based visits with a qualified sale, you will be realistically be out onsite with customers 2-3 times a week. Duties will include:
Organising and planning the whole sales process including sourcing and qualifying business and planning site demonstrations as well as dealing with qualified leads and repeat customers
Dealing with a variety of customers across the region, mainly within the educational sectors
Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through regular contact and relevant internal liaison
Interpreting, recording and communicating a customers requirements including equipment specification, measurements and key installation considerations
Completing comprehensive site surveys to enable the creation of accurate manufacture details and easier installation
Planning and carrying out local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal demonstrations with other organised marketing activities including events, product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing
Creating quotes and proposals based on client meetings and closing the deal
Revisiting existing customers to ensure that their current equipment is still fit for purpose or advise change
Updating reports on the progress of all sales

A background in a similar Sales Manager or Field Sales role
Proven successful track record and stable career history
Experience of sales into the education sector would be beneficial
Passionate to succeed and passionate about the product range
Customer focused with an empathetic approach in the sales process
A full current driving licence
Willing to undergo a CRB check
