Title: Part Time Office Manager

Hours: 25 hours a week, on a shift pattern

Salary: Up to GBP30,000 (pro-rata = GBP15 per hour)

Location: Ascot, with free onsite parking

Have you previously been an Office Manager or Administrator, looking to now reduce your hours to a part-time position? Possibly you may have come from a larger organisation and looking to join a smaller team? Our client is looking for an organised and proactive individual, who enjoys a varied workload.

Responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day within the office, taking responsibility for more complex administration
Attending and actively participating in leadership and team meetings
Ensuring daily processes, recruitment and health & safety are compliant with Government guidelines
Implementing marketing strategies and actively seeking out new opportunities to promote the business
Ensuring adequate staffing levels, smooth new-starter enrolment and identifying any training needs
Completing payroll with any overtime adjustments
Invoicing, office supply purchasing, budgets, and reportingWhat we are looking for:

Previous Office Management/ Administration experience
An approachable individual who enjoys being the go-to person
A high level of organisation and prioritisation skills
