Monday to Friday with one weekend in 5 (Extra GBP330 paid for weekend work)

The role of a Service Desk Co-Ordinator will ideally suit a candidate who has a natural interest in technical & engineering subjects. Has the ability to build relationships with customers and support their needs and can work in a methodical and calm environment.

Role:
You will need to have the ability to build effective relationships with both colleagues and engineers, to ensure the whole service delivery team's workload is supported. An ability to prioritise, organise and escalate workload issues to service team leaders, in a timely manner is essential to being successful within this role.

Key responsibilities
Ensure incoming calls are acknowledged and processed accurately and efficiently, within customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Ensure engineers are utilised in the most productive manner.
Prioritise calls and ensure in the event of the call not being resolved, the call is passed to the appropriate department for further action.
Use effective call control to keep escalations to a minimum.
Promote and be instrumental in looking at continuous improvements both from a customer and business perspective.

Benefits:
Salary: Base GBP24,079.84 + GBP330 (for every 1: 5 weekends worked)

Working Hours:
Mon to Thurs - 8.30am to 6pm (1-hour lunch break) Fri - 9am - 6pm (1-hour lunch break)
1 weekend in 5, worked remotely from home on successful completion of your 3 - 6-month training period.
