CALLING ALL HOSPITALITY EVENTS STAFF - GBP11 PER HOUR
We're supporting an independent food van who are going to be based at the Cumbria Steam Gathering in Grange Over Sands this year, and are looking for staff over the below dates:
Friday 29th July
Saturday 30th July
Sunday 31st July
This includes FREE ENTRY to the event ALL WEEKEND!
Your duties will include:
Preparing and serving hot and cold food/drink like bacon sandwiches, tea and coffee etc.
Provide excellent customer service
Handle cash and card payments
Maintain excellent food and health safety standards at all times
Washing up utensils, cleaning down at the end of the day
Emptying waste
Ensuring equipment is clean and put away
The Shift Details
GBP11 per hour
09:00am - 18:00pm
Camping on site if wanted/needed for all staff
The Ideal Candidate
MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN TRANSPORT
Experience working at events
Customer Service in the food industry experience
Good team worker
Ability to use own initiative
Good mental arithmetic
Good memory to take large orders
Excellent communication skills
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate advantageous but not essential
