Lettings Administrator
Halo Recruit are working in partnership with a growing business based in Southwell, Nottingham to recruit for a Lettings Administrator to join their team.
Our client is a highly successful family run estate agents, with over 65 years of experience in the Nottinghamshire property market.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Admin to join their team.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have excellent administrative and people skills with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
Experience of working within property management, lettings or estate agency would be required due to the nature of this position.
Lettings Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with tenants with regards to all tenancy matters, including renewal of contract agreements, end of tenancy processing etc.
Dealing with reactive phone calls and emails from tenants regarding faults or issues and arranging for the relevant contractors to attend to resolve.
Arranging and chasing up of contractors to attend properties for repair, maintenance, periodic inspections and gas and electric certification.
Maintaining all records and information ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and up to date.
Provide other general administrative support to the team
Inventories - check ins and outs
Inventories Feedback with both landlords and tenants
Landlord and tenant Disputes
Liaising with TDS and disputes
Changing over utilities
General lettings admin and customer service
Certification checks and on-going management of fully managed properties
Skills Required:
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent people skills to be able to deal with tenant and contractors.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a similar role e.g. Lettings administrator / Lettings Coordinator / Property Coordinator role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Word and Excel and the ability to pick up new systems.
Full UK Driving license.
Hours;
Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm + every 2nd Saturday 9.00am-2pm (day returned in-lieu).
Please be aware that this is a FULL TIME position and unfortunately we are not able to consider an offer of part time hours.
