Residential Childcare Worker
GBP11.00 PER HOUR PLUS HOLIDAY PAY
An exciting opportunity has become available for residential support workers to join the 121 Social Care team in Wisbech
We are looking for people who have a passion for supporting young people and are as committed to safeguarding them as we are
You will be expected to maintain the highest quality of care and support which meets the emotional, social and cultural needs of the young people.
You will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment in which young people feel safe and free from harm, sometimes providing assistance on a 1:1 basis to enable young people to address difficulty and stress they have experienced
The role is subject to various hours dependant on your availability and needs of the homes and young people
This role is subject to day shifts, night shifts and sleep ins on a week to week rota system
