My client is one of the world's largest automotive OEM's with a product lineup desired across the globe by millions. They currently seek a HR Advisor to join them on a long-term contract basis.
Position Description:
HR Advisor at Daventry PDC
Focus on employee relations
Skills Required:
Broad HR generalist skills especially recruitment
Employee relations
Grievance resolution
Disciplinaries
Experience Required:
HR generalist experience
Experience preferred:
Manufacturing/distribution/working with TU partners
Education Required:
CIPD or studying towards
This 12 month contract is based inside the IR35, with AWR rules applied, the rate will increase after 13 weeks to GBP28.46 p/h.
