13 month Maternity Cover

Salary- GBP25,000- GBP28,000

This is a Hybrid role 4 days in the office 1-day WFH

Our prestigious client based in LS15 are looking for an Office Manager to cover a 13 month maternity cover. If you are an experienced office manager or a strong Administrator looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the opportunity for you!

Working in a fast-paced environment within a small team of 6 you will be responsible for all office functions, providing administrative support to the Regional Manager and wider team.

Your role -

Support the wider business with ad-hoc Administration tasks.
Undertake Marketing tasks.
Organise the office for the team/visitors.
Ensure business contracts are up to date.
Dealing with phone/email queries.
Organising photography, pricing, preparing, and posting website listings, site plans, brochures etc.
Managing listings through the businesses unique system.
Ordering office supplies.The ideal candidate-

Previous management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional manner.
Strong knowledge of all MS packages.
Experience using CMS/CRM (not essential).Company benefits-
