THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are currently recruiting a PA/Secretary on a full time permanent basis, for our client based in Sheffield.
THE JOB:
This is a permanent, full time position, paying up to GBP28,000.
You will oversee the diary management and day to day management of one of the senior figures, ensuring of a seamless working process for any new appointments that need to be made. As well as writing up minutes, taking part in HR tasks where necessary. You will also support the management team meetings, as well as ensuring stakeholders and partner meetings are planned in advance, with clear agendas, and expectations.
Overall this role will be to ensure that all day to day operations for the executive team run smoothly. This role will be based on site.
THE PERSON:
The successful person will possess the ability to multi task, be confident in communicating tasks and be a strong team player, and have a background as a PA or secretary
You will be a confident communicator, adept with managing your own diary, and that of a senior level employee, as well as being comfortable as the first point of contact for all queries, at times, acting as a gatekeeper. You will be very proactive team player and enjoy working at a fast pace.
THE BENEFITS:
