GBP11.20 per hour (shifts) PAYE
GBP13.44 per hour (nights) PAYE
Must be able to work shifts, either.
Double days - 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 on a weekly rotation (must be able to work both shifts)
Role overview
The Challenge
The purpose of our Production teams is to manufacture our products to high quality standards while continually improving our processes and performance. You will work as part of a team on a rotating shift pattern assembling, testing and inspecting our electronic assemblies. We have roles available in our Surface Mount Technology area, Circuit Board Production, Final Unit Assembly & Goods-In / Warehouse and responsibilities include
Working safely and responsibly at all times.
Following standard operating procedures to manufacture the products.
Performing standard quality checks
Set up production machinery and equipment.The person
We are looking for flexible, reliable people with a strong work ethic to join our team
As much as previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, training will be provided so is not essential.
Want to work as part of a friendly team dedicated to contributing towards the success of Siemens Congleton.
Be comfortable to support overtime (paid at an increased rate)
Happy working in a fast paced production environment.
Be able to follow repeatable processes with a good eye for detail.Some of our roles do require extended periods of standing up and manual handling
