Meridian Health are recruiting for 3 Catering Supervisors to work in a busy hospital in Blackburn
These roles are temporary ongoing with a view to a permanent role
Full time hours are available working on a rota 5 days out of 7
Hourly rate starts at GBP10 per hour with weekend enhancements
Duties Include:
To assist in the day to day management of patient food service and the crockery wash up areas
To monitor the critical points of the cooking and distribution of re-generation food trollies to wards
To assist with the department's stock control
To work closely with department cleaning and admin services
To lead staff training and to ensure trust policies are followed.
