Full Time (36.66 hrs per week), Full Year

Under the umbrella of the Cranmer Education Trust, The Blue Coat School is seeking to appoint a Senior Data Officer to deliver outstanding data entry and analysis to the school.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is experienced in management information systems, with the ability to learn school specific systems
  • is an advanced user in Excel
  • has excellent attention to detail, is a critical and analytical thinker with technical skills and, importantly, a passion for interpreting data
  • is keen to develop and learn
  • has a positive and proactive approach to work

This is a new role, reflecting the healthy growth of our school support staff function and the opening of Cranmer Education Trust’s new school, Brian Clarke CE Academy.The successful applicant will work within Blue Coat, supporting also the data function for Brian Clarke CE Academy and play a key part of a data network, including our sister secondary schools; it will be demanding, varied and extremely rewarding.

You do not necessarily need to have worked in education, what is more important is that you are an excellent data expert, with the right skillset who has the enthusiasm and commitment to be the best that you can be.
