What s it all about?...

You will lead the Commercial Executive team working with a large portfolio of clients, these customers will be a mix of supermarkets, retailers & gifting providers.

Setting the bar in having great relationships both internally & externally is key, you ll be finding out & managing the customers needs & clearly communicating across the relevant internal departments.

Leading your team of direct reports on a day-to-day basis, delegating tasks but make no ends this is a hands on role.

Day to day you ll be front & centre as a customer point of contact & you owning all that comes with this.

We re all here to produce success & the financial measures combined with satisfied customers will show in the top & bottom lines. You ll be looking at margins, reporting & heading up projects as & when the opportunities arise.

Account Management Experience - ideally retail/supermarket channels
