Sales Order Processor
My client, a leading company based in the Watford area, are currently looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their busy team.
The role is full time and permanent, with a salary of up to GBP30,000 per annum dependant on experience. The role is office based and does not offer a hybrid or work from home structure.
The role will require someone to provide outstanding Customer Services throughout every working day, as my client is really reliant on being Customer Service heavy.
The Role
My client receives on average 20-30 quotes and orders a day. We are looking for someone to qualify all
requests, liaise with the customer with any queries and process each query with speed and
accuracy.
Job Description
1. Generating Sales and Purchases Orders within SAP
2. Sending Order Confirmations and confirm lead times to customers
3. Create paperwork with relevant labels
4. Preparing Quotes
5. Logging Projects on Internal Systems
6. Liaising with customers to confirm details
7. Handling stock queries
8. Providing customers with order updates
9. Provide the Sales team with stock, shipping, and lead time queries
Key Skills & Experience Required
1. 1-2 years experience within Customer Services.
2. Attention to detail is esstential
3. Proficient in using CRM databases and Microsoft Office.
4. The ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
This is an office based 9am-5pm role in Watford so you will need to be within a commutable distance.
