Contract Support Administrator
Salary: GBP20,677 per annum
Location: Bristol
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, Shift nights
A fantastic opportunity for a large M&E Service provider who is currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to work on a large commercial site based near Filton, Bristol. This is a permanent position paying a salary of up to GBP20,677 per annum, Working on a 4 on 4off shift pattern, Working 7-7. Fantastic opportunities for career progression.
The main feature of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business Unit. The role reports to the Account Manager and is critical to the successful operation of our onsite office. You'll have to work independently, be self-motivated, and take initiative. You must also have strong organisational abilities and be able to keep regular communication with the site team, Account Manager, client, and head office.
Job Role:
Assuring that all site-based records are kept up to date and in order.
Day-to-day management, coordination, record-keeping, raising and closing PPMs, and reactive work, as well as providing reports on the CMMS as needed.
Schedule subcontractor site visits according to the Subcontractor Planner
Assuring that the necessary supporting documentation is collected and submitted
As directed by the Account Manager, placing purchase orders
As ordered by the Site Manager, forwarding and maintaining the AW system, as well as processing and tracking quotations and purchase orders to assure accuracy.
The job is being completed in a timely manner.
Reviewing the Concept helpdesk with the site Manager/Administrator on a daily basis
Client, ensuring that any necessary activities are outsourced to the appropriate faction
Provide a weekly summary of outstanding Reactive tasks to the client, along with an explanation of why the job is outstanding and a proposal for completion
Assisting the Manager in putting together monthly M&E reports
Create and maintain a labour O/T spread sheet to guarantee that the contract is not overspent - cross-referenced with the Total Contract Value.
Create and maintain a Sub Contractor invoicing spreadsheet to verify that individual Sub Con contract values are not overspent
Permits to enter the site are being processed
