The Role

My client is looking for an experienced Admin/ reception candidate for a temporary assignment which will be a minimum of 6 weeks.

You will be the first point of contact in person and over the phone, and speaking to residents as well as their family members.

Duties

You will be providing admin support to the general manager, deputy manager, nurses etc as and when needed.

Responsible for keeping the bistro area tidy.

Taking incoming calls

Making outgoing calls

General administration

The candidate should have.

Good communication Skills

Computer literate

Strong experience in administration and reception duties

Strong planning and organisational skills
