Pipe Fitter

A leading compressed air company are looking for a Pipefitters Mate to join their successful team working in the Northwest. The role will involve occasional work away from home, but majority will be localised work. The successful candidate will be experienced and flexible with a committed approach to deliver top quality work.
You will take lead installing compressed air and chilled water pipework systems, fabrication steel containment and support structures.
You will regularly work on equipment such as heating and low-pressure hot water systems, cold water and domestic systems, chilled water systems, steam systems, compressed air, specialist gases and process systems.
Experience & Qualifications:
Competent in the use of various cutting equipment; plasma cutters, grinders
Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
IPAF & Forklift certification
Ability to install pipe work of various diameters to a high standard.
Experience in installation of pipework using materials i.e., malleable (screwed), carbon steel, aluminium stainless steel
The Package:
GBP24,000 - GBP30,000 per annum

28 days annual leave
40hrs per week - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Paid overtime
