Now they are expanding their HR department and want you to join them.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

Hours: 40hpw, Flexible start and finish times.

Main Purpose:

Providing a first-class support service for the HR team, including general administrative and office management duties, administering post, drafting letters, managing spreadsheets, creating reports and ad-hoc documents, organising travel / accommodation, meeting organisation note taking and any other task HR requires.
Be a point of contact for People-related queries including monitoring and responding to emails, internal mail redirection, responding to incoming and outgoing calls.
Processing departmental invoices on the SAP system and raising purchase orders for departmental spend.
Managing purchases within the People team and processing monthly expenses on Concur.
Supports payroll & benefits administration processes, including long service awards, cycle to work, private medical, Fare Care, Company gift vouchers
Operates in and assists with the management of the Company's HR Information System (Orbia Pulse/Success Factors), setting up new starters and processing leavers, electronically updating employee information, organisational charts, creating vacancy requisitions and assisting with the management of the online annual performance review process in line with corporate requirements.
Assists with the onboarding and offboarding process including; drafting and administering new starter packs, processing HR-related documentation and issuing documentation to managers. When required, takes responsibility for pre-employment checks including drug & alcohol testing. Assisting with the leaver process including conducting exit interviews and Company car inspections if required.
Maintaining and cleansing employee personnel files.
Assist with updating policies and procedures in line with best practice and legislation.Candidate requirements:

Strong Administration experience is essential.
Previous HR experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge and experience of SAP & Success Factors (or similar systems) is preferred but not required.
Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems; Word, Excell, Outlook,Teams.
Excellent attention to detail, be methodical, process-driven, focused and pro-active.
A drive for continuous improvement.
Flexibility to suit the departments needs.
Good people skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Good reliability.
