Hays Office Support is delighted to be working on an exclusive role with a fantastic organisation. This Organisation is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist or Administrator to join their team.

Your new role
You will be required to carry out various Receptionist and Administrative duties including;

Booking meeting rooms, welcoming visitors
Ordering office supplies
Logging and reporting repairs
Oversee day to day running of the building
What you'll need to succeed

Strong customer service skills
Experience in managing a reception of office
Great telephone skills
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Driven to learn new skills

What you'll get in return

37.5 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm (1hr lunch), Friday 8.30am-4.30pm (30mins lunch)
