Are you looking for a new and exciting Integration role?
CV Library is one of the UK s largest online job sites, and we work with some of the biggest names in recruitment, along with well-known corporate clients. Our Head Office is based in Fleet, Hampshire, with regional branches throughout the UK and Ireland.
We now have an exciting, full-time opportunity for an Integration Engineer to continue our growth by working with a selection of our key partners to help them integrate with CV-Library in the best way possible.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding of XML and JSON and be confident in the use of APIs, HTTP requests, and replaying API payloads using tools such as postman.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting partners to use our API suite during the creation of new integrations. This will include online meetings, telephone and email support, whilst following our best practice guidelines.
Assisting our partners to debug and overcome implementation issues.
Attending partnerships calls with prospective partners to introduce our API and talk through the technical approach.
Reviewing and approving the technical implementation of integrations prior to launch
Being 2nd line escalation for existing integrations and internal teams.
Reviewing partner APIs and supporting the wider product team to specify the work required when we integrate with 3rd party platforms.
Working proactively and collaboratively with the Integration Manager & Integration Support.
Requirements
Exceptional communication & troubleshooting skills
Demonstrable excellent coordination and organisation ability
Experience of working closely with developers and technical teams
Previous experience in providing application support specifically for integrations would be an advantage
