Central Employment are currently looking to recruit Machine Operatives to work for an internationally recognised, rapidly expanding engineering company in Cramlington. The company assemble, coat and paint industrial components to be used in the automotive industry.
The client is looking for the right candidate that has good knowledge of running machines, maintaining machines and programming machines. The candidate must be physically fit as light lifting of the components is required, can work quickly and accurately and has previously worked in a similar role. The candidate must ensure that all products are of a high standard and quality.
Candidates
Good general production/machine operating experience.
Experience within maintaining machines.
Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
Perform periodic checks on the machines.
Ideally have experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Strict adherence or good knowledge and understanding of a good manufacturing practice.
Observe and follow companies safety rules and regulations.
Regularly working under pressure to complete workload.
To work at all times in accordance with the company s Health and Safety rules.
Be a good team player.
Be physically able and strong to transport product short distance.
The candidates will be working a 2-shift rota
Earlies 7am -3.30pm, early finish Friday
Lates 3.30pm - 12.00 early finish Friday
Overtime and Weekend work will be required at times at time 1/2 and double time
Wages are:
GBP10 - GBP10 depending on Shift
10.24 after 12 weeks
