If you decide this is a role for you then you ll be joining the UK s largest group of conveyancers, a business that is constantly looking to expand, and one that champions HR and strategic innovation.
Simplify is growing fast! Both organically and through acquisition, so we need YOU to help our already established recruitment team drive our candidate generation to the next level. As you might expect, with such fast growth, this will be a fast-paced role. You ll need to be happy to provide resourcing support on both niche and high volume recruitment campaigns, and drive targeted marketing and advertising to boost output.
This role will involve working closely with our Resourcing Partners and Hiring Managers, and coaching and influencing your stakeholders will be vital. You will also be a key contact for candidates, who you will treat with care and professionalism. Without the ability to provide an exceptional service and support their recruitment needs effectively; the candidate journey will suffer. You ll be integral to the wider people services team and will also have the opportunity to hone your strategic skills by supporting on projects and initiatives as part of your own professional development.
Now, on to the nuts and bolts of the role!
Partnering with Resourcing Partners and Hiring Managers to support across the recruitment process
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Writing engaging and knowledgeable adverts from scratch for role ranging from entry level to C-level, and across all business areas
Talent pipelining and networking
Search for and identify talent, generate leads, and build interest in available positions
Salary benchmarking
Supporting unbiased and inclusive recruitment
Take an active role in promoting the Simplify brand through social activity
Supporting the build of new and exciting projects for the business
Delivering exceptional customer service and overall candidate experience
Working with the People Partners to identify key talent and succession planning
This position will be 'hybrid', with the bulk of day-to-day activities being home based with regular travel expectations to our offices across the UK as and when required and a formal base location link to your closest office.
For you to do all of this, we will need a few bits from you
You ll know the recruitment process like the back of your hand and ideally have experience in agency recruitment (though we certainly won t be ruling you out if you can demonstrate the necessary skills from an in-house or RPO setting). You ll need to show us that you can lead on key recruitment campaigns, be able to recruit using a direct sourcing model, and show experience of supporting in recruitment projects
You ll be engaging and able to demonstrate your skills in offering a seamless candidate experience to promote the business.
Finally, you ll be organised, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable with a changeable business. It s likely you ll be spinning more than just the one plate to drive results, support colleagues, challenge the recruitment processes of the business, deliver a second-to-none candidate experience and build capability in the hiring managers.
