We are working with a leading shipping and freight forwarding company seeking a Shipping and Bookings Coordinator to join their team in Grimsby.
Responsibilities;
Bookings - customer services
Using internal software to input bookings and liaise with transport planners
Liaison with transport planners
Speaking with customers and clients on the phone
Completing customs entries
Skills Required;
A high level of organisation and attention to detail
Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
Knowledge of export customs is desirable
IT literate
