Are you looking for work? We are recruiting for a leading manufacturer of plastic components, this is a temporary to permanent position. All training will be given, and pay increases are in place after 12 weeks of employment. We are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude that is looking for security.
Trainee Finishing Operative
You will be working within a diverse role that will require you to use handheld tools to finish the moulding process
This will include cutting, trimming of plastic products
Palletising products ready for dispatch
Working within a fast-paced environment
Working Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:00pm whilst undergoing training, then increasing hours to 06:00-16:00 Monday to Friday when permanent.
Free on-site parking
Temp to permanent position
All training will be given
Pay Rates:
GBP10.00 an hour
Increase pay to GBP11.00/hour after 12 weeks
Bonus scheme in place - based off attendance and productivity, Finishers can expect to earn an extra GBP25-30/week
