Warehouse Stores Team Leader - Daventry

Shift pattern 06:45 -14:45

Our client is an international business procurement outsourcing organisation, that manages the indirect material spend for blue chip manufacturers: from automotive, to chemicals to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies across UK and Europe. Their solutions include procurement, stores management and transactional processes.

We are now looking for an Warehouse Stores Team Leader to join our site based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. You will support the Stores Manager in ensuring service levels and contractual commitments to the Client are achieved whilst maintaining the stores to a high standard.

About the role:

Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the Client
Support the Stores Manager in directing the daily operations of the Stores
Assist the Stores Manager with the supervision of the day to day duties of the Stores Personnel
Ensure the daily operations of the Stores are in line with Company process and procedures
Issue stock products to the Client
Accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system
Release products on back order for delivery to the Client
Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary
Complete stock deliveries in line with Company standards (within one working day of receipt of goods)
Conduct rotational stock checks
Record stock locations for new products required in store
Maintain a high level of housekeeping in line with Company standardsAbout you:

A positive attitude with the ability to deliver excellent Client experience and satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective decision making and problem solving skills through sound intuition and reasoning
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Proficient planning and organisational skills with a methodical and logical approach
Proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word & knowledge of SAP applications advantageous
