I am recruiting for an Operation s Manager to join a leading charity that works across the UK, delivering and developing support for adults with Learning Disabilities. Your role will be to provide inspirational leadership, development and direction across your service; bringing with you an innovative approach that maximises the outcomes for those you support.

You will be a dynamic, innovative, outcome focused Senior Manager with a demonstrable understanding of the Health and Social Care sector and a recent track record of success in managing community-based services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will be providing support to Registered and Service Managers based across Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire, ensuring the effective management of their Residential, Supported Living and Outreach services.

Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:

Work with the Senior Leadership Team to support the development and further growth of a distinct approach to developing practice expertise
Ensure that your teams deliver great practice
Leading the region s Management Team to plan, develop and implement a strategy in line with agreed organisational plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
Create a clear, effective and regular two-way communication across your area, so that all colleagues understand and support the delivery of the business plan, achievement of its objectives, and delivers against the mission and values
Ensure all staff, including direct reports, are managed and supported to perform at their best through regular 1:1s, annual reviews, and coaching
Identify potential new funding streams
Ensure services are staffed to agreed levels with appropriately skilled and motivated staff, ensuring safe recruitment procedures are maintained.Requirements of an Operations Manager:

Experience supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism within Residential or Supported Living settings.
3 + years multi-site management or operational manager level experience within the Health and Social Care sector.
Be able to travel independently on an occasional basis within the UK.
L5 Health and Social Care Leadership and Management
Ability to manage and motivate individuals and teams to achieve high levels of performance
