Our client is a well known and well established multi disciplined main contractor with a regional base in the Swansea area that carries out a range construction projects up to GBP15 million typically. Due to ongoing growth throughout the region they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.
Projects can be wide and varied in nature including offices, large residential development, care homes, retail units, schools and hospitals.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience and background: -a proven background in main contracting -Resides within commutable distance of the South Wales area -experience of projects GBP1 million plus -Ideally experience of new build schemes with recognised main contractors.
