Fixed Term Contract – 18 months to March 2024 – Full Time (would consider part time)

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Business Partner to join our People Team on a fixed term contract until March 2024.

Designing and implementing talent strategies, you’ll develop our leaders and managers, establish inclusive people management practices and lead and manage culture change initiatives.

You will collaborate with colleagues to develop a suite of workforce data to inform plans, monitor progress and measure the success of strategies, initiatives and service delivery.

It’s an exciting time with lots to do and with the support and commitment of senior leaders.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Educated to degree level or has significant work experience at a professional or management level
  • MICPD qualified or working towards it
  • Able to build effective relationships with external partners and key customers
  • Experienced in learning and development
  • An excellent communicator

We’re flexible with hybrid working, however there will be a requirement to attend meetings in Oxford, around twice monthly.
