Installation Manager
Accept Recruitment is partnered with a market leading KBB furniture manufacturer who are passionate about both their products and their customers with a reputation second to none.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, this field-based position will take responsibility for all the kitchen installation projects working with many major construction companies around Gloucester and surrounding areas.
You will oversee the installs from delivery to completion, organising workloads and controlling timescales for the fitters, carry out site surveys and closing off any snags or remedials through to customer sign off. Our client offers full autonomy to the right professionals with full back-office support.
Key Skills:
•Co-ordinating teams to meet the demanding quality and service requirements.
•Recruitment of sub-contract labour to provide an adequate fitter capacity.
•Ensuring area performance targets are achieved.
•Administrative duties in accordance with the role.
•A professional manner and promotion of the company image
We are wanting to speak with well organised, methodical and professional individuals ideally from a KBB, kitchen design/install background, your understanding of the on-site issues faced by fitters and suppliers will be invaluable in this role, plus your attention to detail must be first rate.
We also want to make contact with individuals with "on the tools" experience looking to step up to a more career orientated management position.

Hours- Mon-Fri 40hrs
