Douglas Scott is currently working with a well established law firm looking to take on a Residential Conveyancer on a remote basis, with the flexibility of coming into their London office.
Our client is a multi-practise firm with a growing department, looking to take on a conveyancer. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a caseload, with a mixture of sale, purchase and shared ownership, and other residential transactions. Our client offers a supportive and open door office. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with excellent client care skills.
The candidate will be required to:
Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a Residential Conveyancing caseload
Have a good working knowledge of the basic IT packages, preferably with experience on case management systems
Provide an excellent level of client care.
The role isn't volume work, our client works on a referral basis and from established relationships with both local estate agencies.
On offer is a good career prospects and room for progression, as well as level of support within the team to support where needed. Note that if you do not have a minimum of 18 months experience managing a caseload you unfortunately will not be considered
