In this role you will help us to succeed by:

Leading from the front to develop new business alongside your team, by contacting potential clients on a regular basis, by phone, email and visiting face to face
Increasing brand awareness for the company within the education sector and community
Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to act on feedback, resolving customer problems as needed
Ensuring strict adherence to TeacherActive compliance standards
Assessing local and regional market conditions and identifying opportunities
Drafting forecasts and business plans, managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities or achieve goals
Developing and implementing branch sales strategy
Conducting regular sales and operations meetings with your team
Adding to your headcount to build the best possible team
Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
Working with our L&D team, to ensure all staff receive the highest possible development
Evaluating team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching as appropriate
Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills
The experience and skills that will help you hit the ground running are:

Management and strong recruitment experience in education (or a related sector, such as healthcare)
Proven track record of exceeding growth and GP targets
Evidence of recruiting and developing high performing teams
Ability to drive strong activity levels
Previous work within a high compliance sector
Strong customer service skills
Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail

TeacherActive promote a culture of reward and recognition. In addition to a generous, uncapped commission structure (with no threshold) your basic salary also increases with each milestone achieved. The initial basic salary is dependent on previous experience, however, if a Branch Manager joined us on a basic salary of 45k, it is very realistic to increase that basic salary to 60k over a 3 - 4 year period, through helping your team to achieve targets set.
