Are you an experienced HR and Payroll Specialist? We may have the perfect role for you! Our fantastic client in Essex are expanding their team. You will be a highly motivated, driven and enthusiastic HR Specialist supporting with all administrative duties.

The Role
  • Manage the full 360 employee life cycle including new starter onboarding, inductions, offers & contracts, probations, exit interviews and processing leavers Management of monthly payroll using Sage 50 Cloud software, including collection of data and subsequent reporting
  • Take ownership of pension processes including monthly reporting, annual checking and re-enrollment activities
  • Providing a high level of service to the business with general ER related enquires
  • Management of internal HR systems to update and monitor employee data, time and attendance and annual leave
  • Ensuring compliance of employee data including GDPR, RTW, referencing and updated documentation
  • Management of company benefits with third party brokers. Conducting regular reviews on rates and legislation
  • Supporting the HRM with recruitment processes including managing the talent tool with job descriptions candidate profiling and applicant assessment issuing
Experience Required
  • Previous experience in HR and Payroll
  • CIPD Level 3 ideal, or an interest in studying
  • Numerate with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and a confident communicator. Able to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced agile environment
  • Keen to learn with a passion to grow in an advisory/generalist capacity
