Sales and Service Assistant
A great opportunity has arisen to join a successful innovative and pioneering company based in Kenilworth on a full-time permanent basis. We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Service Assistant.

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Salary - GBP18,000 - GBP22,000
Due to the company location, the candidate must be able to drive and have own transport.
Main duties:
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth running of all departments
- Logging engineer reports and sending to customer
- Updating the online schedule/calendar
- Monitor and chase outstanding site visit reports
- Managing travel and accommodation arrangements
- Work alongside purchasing department and site engineers to prepare for and schedule ongoing works
- Create and monitor monthly waiting list for service department
- Maintain hire flare log
- Monitor and record customer cancellations
- Prepare weekly parts lists and site addresses for engineers
- Work alongside sales team to prepare new quotes
- Follow up on existing quotes
- Respond to customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Complete customer/supplier PPQ s and questionnaires
- Book staff training
- Register items for warranty
- Support with general design and sales admin EG compiling manuals and sales docs.
- Collect customer feedback
