Acorn is currently recruiting for a Hygiene Cleaning Team Leader near Clevedon, Somerset, to work on a temporary to permanent basis.
Hours of work:
Sunday to Thursday
10pm to 6am
Rate of Pay:
All breaks will be paid - get paid for 40 hours and only work 37.5!
Your starting hourly rate of pay will be GBP12.42 an hour
Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates
The job role:
Working and leading a team of up to 10 people to keep the required factory hygiene standards
Keeping cleaning records, reporting any accidents and operational issues
Communicating with the production management team on prioritising daily and weekly jobs
Provide coaching and support to your team, highlighting any training needs to the Facilities Manager
Managing sickness and holiday
Monitor compliance and quality within the team
Stock checks and reordering materials and supplies
Covering shift managers duties when required
