Factory Operative

My client based in the outskirts of Maldon is looking for a Factory Operative on a Permanent basis.

This role is working the first 3 months through Prime Appointments, after a successful probationary period a permanent contract will be offered, this will include an increase in hourly rate along with entering the companies bonus scheme.

This role is an exciting opportunity to learn and progress with in a Factory environment, for a company that works within the construction industry. Once permanent, the successful candidate will receiving on-going training and progression, including Machine Setting and Programming

Within this position you will be get excellent earning potential with Overtime paid at Time and a half and hours available every week.

The duties of the Factory Operative;
Assisting with loading and unloading of machinery
Bringing product from the Yard for Manufacturing
Feeding product through to production
Learning how to operate and set machinerys

The ideal Factory Operative;
Previous experience in a Manufacturing and Production environment
Able to complete manual handling tasks
Keen and willing to learn
Looking for a permanent role
Available immediately for work
Own transport required (due to location)
